Title: Schaeffer’s Era

Venue and Format: Live, Warsaw

Innovation: Combination of music compositions and live plays, integrated into one performance.

In an interactive and audiovisual theater space, pulsating with dramatic and musical rhythm and dance, the Master’s works will be presented in various, surprising contexts, allowing Schaeffer’s world of creative imagination to open up to the present day – new performers, a new reality and the city and its inhabitants. The assumption of Schaeffer’s Era is free, unrestricted by anything – especially by the framework of art, medium, scene or theme – expression of artistic ideas and exchange of thoughts.

The festival’s main goal, however, is to promote the work of the Master himself – Professor Bogusław Schaeffer – and to introduce his genius figure, still appreciated more abroad, to a wider group of native, especially young, audiences.
